It’s been a while since I’ve seen you. You don’t write, you don’t call, you don’t text. Lol.
Actually, it’s totally my fault. I’ve been traveling the world a little.
It’s given me time to read a dozen books, mostly non-fiction, including one a friend shared with me, 84 Charing Cross Road.
It’s a timeless story and touches on a deeper topic, one of our favorite words, “someday.”
In my opinion it’s procrastination disguised in good intentions.
The thing is, time, our most valuable asset, flies by, in case you haven’t noticed 😉.

Pharmaceutical companies actually benefit from doctors selling the wrong
kinds of solutions.
It’s almost a taboo to even talk about..
..you know, like when we question status quo, Doctors, and question mainstream opinion.
What am I talking about you ask?
1) Perceived causes, like cholesterol and fatty foods,
2) the actual causes of heart disease.
(we’ll discuss one of them today)

I recently came across an article in Psychology Today discussing the attractiveness of vegetarians vs their more carnivorous counterparts.
These scientific results support my own personal, and slightly biased results, however, 12 Scientists and 10 Universities can’t be wrong. 😋

So… the studies split individuals who volunteered for the study into two groups, (a) vegetarian and (b) non-vegetarian.
